Santa Fe / Albuquerque Local Drinking Chocolate Workshop
Two unforgettable days in the Ortiz Mountains at Hacienda Doña de Andrea, dedicated to tasting, crafting, and discovering the rich traditions of drinking chocolate. This registration is for residents of the Santa Fe and Albuquerque area.
Learn from chocolate historian Sophia Rea, curator of The Indigenous Story of Cacao museum; Mackenzie Rivers, founder of The Next Batch School; and a skilled mother–daughter team from Chiapas who bring generations of chocolate making knowledge. Enjoy nourishing, plant based gluten free lunches lovingly prepared by nutritionist and chef Holly Darnell. Immerse yourself in sensory experiences, hands‑on workshops, and stories that connect cacao to place, community, and history. Spaces are limited. All chocolate and materials included.
